Each board possesses a simple, easily removable, cutting surface. Offered in 6 (HACCP) colours, these removable surfaces can be quickly and firmly snapped into place. The coloured cutting surfaces are also dishwasher safe which will add to food safety and at the same time help maintain a workplace free of cross-contamination. As the removable surface becomes scratched or soiled over time, simply replace the surface, not the whole board. Replacement cutting surfaces are fully reversible.
