Direct Ship from the Manufacturer
Leon's Direct Ship program provides our customers a FAST, EASY & CONVENIENT way to order and receive
new products for their home. Once a Direct Ship product is ordered, it is sent to the manufacturer
for fulfillment. Our manufacturers will properly package and ship the products via a carrier
service, direct to our customers in the time promised within the cart.
Direct Ship is only available online for selected products.
NOTE: Shipments are made by a carrier and are left by the front door. A signature is required for
all shipments.

Can I purchase Direct Ship products in store?
Currently, Direct Ship products are only available for purchase online.
Can I pick up Direct Ship products in store?
Currently, Direct Ship products are not available for in store pickup.
When will my Direct Ship product arrive?
In cart we will provide an estimated arrival time for your product. Once shipment has been arranged, you will receive an email containing a tracking number (usually within 24 hours). This tracking number can be used to track your shipment.
I only placed 1 order but received multiple tracking emails. Why?
Each Direct Ship product is assigned a dedicated tracking number. An email will be sent for each tracking number generated.
Do I have to be home to receive the shipment?
We require a signature at the door. A person over 18 years must be home to sign for the shipment.
Will they bring my Direct Ship product(s) inside?
Unfortunately at this time we will only deliver Direct Ship products to your door.
Can I return my Direct Ship product?
All sales are final. However, if you discover concealed damage you have 3 days to report it.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs vary. Shipping is calculated based on the origin and shipping locations of the product, and the weight and size of the Direct Ship products.
Why do I see both a Shipping and Delivery Charge in my cart?
Shipping charges are applied to Direct Ship products, which are shipped directly from the manufacturer via a carrier,to your home. Delivery charges, if applicable, are applied to products, which are delivered by our Leon’s truck and drivers.
