The range top has 5 sealed burners, totalling 68,000 BTU, of which one is a 20,000 BTU dual-ring brass burner that can simmer at 1,000 BTU. The continuous cast iron grates ensure stability and mobility over the enamel surface that will contain any spills. The 4.32 cu. ft. gas oven with a total output of 30,000 BTU is encased in a speckled blue enamel interior fitted with a convection fan, ensuring fast and consistent oven cooking along for easy viewing is a 3-layer glass oven door window. Included are an LP conversion kit, 2 telescopic oven racks, wok support, a reversible griddle, an air fryer kit and a drip pan. Additionally, zinc-coated illuminated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years.
