The cooking surface has 8 sealed burners with a total output of 107,000 BTU, of which one is a 20,000 BTU dual-ring burner that can reach a simmer of 1,000 BTU for precise simmering. Continuous cast-iron grates ensure stability over the enamel cooktop cavity, making spills easy to clean. Double gas ovens have a combined 6.58 cu. ft. capacity with a total output of 44,000 BTU encased in a black enamel interior along for easy viewing is a 3-layer glass oven door window. The 4.32 cu. ft. main oven is equipped with a convection fan that ensures fast and precise cooking on multiple levels. Included is an LP conversion kit, 4 electroplated oven racks and a reversible griddle. Additionally, zinc-coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years.
