The Forno Galiano 48-inch French door dual fuel range brings professional styling and Performance into your home kitchen with its durable stainless-steel design. The cooktop features 8 sealed burners with a total output of 107,000 BTU, one burner a 20,000 BTU dual-ring burner that can reach a simmer of 1,000 BTU for precise simmering. The continuous cast iron grates allow maximum stability of cookware and mobility over a recessed enamel Cooking Surface cavity which keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean. Two electric ovens with a combined capacity of 6.58 cu. ft. with a total output of 9,700 Watts encased in a black enamel interior and tempered 3-layer glass oven door windows. Right-side oven consists of a true convection oven with a fan heating element of 1500 Watts. Included is an LP conversion kit, 4 electroplated oven racks & griddle. Additionally, zinc-coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years.
