Unique French doors mean open doors allow up to 12" of more space to access your oven. The cooking surface has 6 sealed burners with a total output of 83,000 BTU, of which one is a 20,000 BTU dual-ring burner that can reach a simmer of 1,000 BTU for precise simmering. Continuous cast-iron grates ensure stability over the enamel cooktop cavity, making spills easy to clean. The 5.36 cu. ft. oven with a total output of 30,000 BTU is encased in a black enamel interior fitted with a convection fan that ensures fast and precise cooking along for easy viewing is a 3-layer glass oven door window. Included are 2 electroplated oven racks and an LP conversion kit. Additionally, zinc-coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years.
