Product Description
The F. Dick 1905 series has been recognized as a "Signature" Series since the year 1905. Mr. Johann Friedr. Dick originally developed this series without using the traditional rivets replacing them with eye catching collars. Today this design feature links tradition with modern technology. The 1905 blade consists of the best approved German forged high carbon stainless steel with an ergonomic, squared-style handle. The knife series is designed with a seamless connection between the blade and handle to ensure the integrity of the pieces. Each knife has great balance, exceptional sharpness from the double fine honed blade and a high edge retention on the the forged blade. These fully weighted knives with their pronounced handle will fit any hand like a glove.
  • The F.Dick 1905 7” Santoku Knife offers the user a traditional Asian style straight edge blade that can be used for more they chopping and slicing vegetable. The dimpled, scalloped blade ('Kullenschliff' in German) will help keep what you are cutting from sticking to the blade. This makes this a perfect knife for mincing herbs, cutting vegetables or slicing/carving meat or fish.
